Data Deletion Instructions

Your privacy matters. Here is how to revoke access or delete your data from ICAMTech MCN.

Option 1: Revoke API Access Directly on Social Platforms

In many cases, you can disconnect ICAMTech MCN from your social accounts by revoking authorization directly through each platform's settings. Doing so should prevent future use of the corresponding authorization token, subject to the platform's own processing and timing.

Facebook & Instagram (Meta)

Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
Find "ICAMTech MCN" or our app name in the list
Click Remove to revoke access through the platform interface

Google / YouTube

Go to myaccount.google.com → Security
Under "Third-party apps with account access", click Manage third-party access
Find "ICAMTech MCN" and click Remove Access

Go to Pinterest Settings → Security → Apps
Find "ICAMTech MCN" in the authorized apps list
Click Revoke Access

Option 2: Request Data Deletion from Our Servers

To request deletion of account-related data held by ICAMTech MCN's service, including stored authorization data, publish history, and uploaded content associated with your account, please submit a deletion request by email. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Use subject line: "Data Deletion Request — [your account email]"

Include your account information

Provide the email address used to register your account, and/or the platform accounts (Facebook Page name, Instagram handle, etc.) you connected to our service.

We verify and process your request

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests promptly and process them within our standard deletion workflow. If follow-up information is needed, we may contact you before the request is completed.

What Data Is Deleted

Usually Revoked or Disabled Promptly

✓ Stored authorization tokens associated with the request
✓ Account access associated with the request
✓ Connected social account links associated with the request

Scheduled for Deletion Under the Standard Process

✓ Publish queue history associated with the account
✓ Uploaded content files associated with the account
✓ Analytics and log data, subject to retention needs
✓ Personal identifiers associated with the account, subject to applicable exceptions

Note: Deleting data from our servers does not remove content that was already published to your social media accounts. To remove published posts, please do so directly on each respective platform.
